Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup semolina
  • 3/4 cup white flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbs water
  • 2 tbs olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine flour and salt
  2. Add beaten eggs water and oil
  3. Mix until a stiff dough forms
  4. Knead for 10 minutes or until dough is elastic
  5. wrap dough in plastic and let rest for 20 minutes
