Clyde Common Eggnog
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/8 cups (225 g) superfine sugar
- 6 oz (180 ml) aejo tequila
- 7 oz (225 ml) amontillado sherry
- 18 oz (0.5 l) whole milk
- 12 oz (360 ml) heavy cream
- freshly grated nutmeg to garnish
instructions:
- In a blender or stand mixer on low, beat the eggs until smooth. Slowly add the sugar and blend or beat until all of it is incorporated. Slowly add the tequila, sherry, milk, and cream. Refrigerate overnight.
