Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place ingredients in blender and process for 10 seconds
- With blender running slowly add 3/4 cups of vegetable oil
- Process for about two minutes until smooth and combined. If too thick add water.
- Season with salt and pepper
Will keep for3 days in fridge.
