Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in blender and process for 10 seconds
  2. With blender running slowly add 3/4 cups of vegetable oil
  3. Process for about two minutes until smooth and combined. If too thick add water.
  4. Season with salt and pepper

Will keep for3 days in fridge.
